Agricultural production in Ukraine
EU agriculture ministers will meet in Brussels to discuss the situation of agricultural production and logistics in Ukraine, as well as the implementation of transport routes to the EU. For this discussion, ministers will be joined by Ukrainian Minister for Agrarian Policy and Food, Mykola Solsky.
Fisheries
Fishing opportunities for 2023
Ministers will exchange views on fishing opportunities for 2023, including on fish stocks shared with the United Kingdom. They will also debate EU-Norway and coastal states annual consultations for the coming year.

Food labelling
Over lunch, ministers will discuss current food labelling rules in the Union, and the need for potential improvement.
Industrial Emission Directive
Ministers will discuss the agricultural impacts of the Industrial Emission Directive proposal.
Eel stocks
Ministers will exchange views on the current situation of eel stocks and the future of those depending on it.
Permanent keeping of pastures
Ministers will debate the permanent keeping of pastures related to GAEC 1.
Temporary state aid
The Council will discuss the use of temporary state aid measures in light of the Russian war against Ukraine.
Meeting of agriculture ministers in Poland
Ministers will discuss the recent meeting of agriculture ministers in Poland, which took place in the margins of the 19th International Dairy Cooperatives Forum.
Rising carnivores in the EU
Ministers will discuss the rise of carnivores in the EU and the challenges this represent to the agricultural sector.
