Notice to Mariners - Valorous (Floating LiDAR Service Visit)
Good afternoon,
To inform the engineering designs and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for the proposed Valorous Floating Offshore Wind Farm (FLOW), a Floating LiDAR and associated mooring system had been successfully redeployed in May 2022 within the boundary of the proposed Valorous FLOW project site.
Scheduled servicing of the Floating LiDAR equipment is expected to begin on 08 December 2022, it will be carried out by the Willendeavour vessel and is expected to take approximately 1 day. This is weather dependent and could be extended until the 15 December 2022.
A further Notice to Mariners will be issued to confirm completion of the Floating LiDAR equipment planned service works.
